Definitive’s Mythos ST SuperTower loudspeakers have built-in 300W, Class D amplifiers powering SuperCube subwoofers. Each subwoofer is built around a racetrack-shaped carbon fiber cone driver with an optimized magnet structure. The long-excursion, fast active driver is pressure-coupled to two similarly shaped planar medite infrasonic radiators. For mids and highs, each ST contains a D’Appolito array including two 5.25in. drivers surrounding a new-generation Definitive aluminum dome tweeter. Designed for multi-channel music or home theater systems, the Mythos creates a three-dimensional soundstage, the company says. Dimensions are 51.5”x9.5”x6.75”. Frequency response is given as 14Hz to 30,000Hz.
