All-in-one Surround Speaker Console from Soundmatters

The SLIMstage from Soundmatters is an all-in-one surround speaker console designed to mount beneath a flatpanel TV. Eight amplifiers provide 210W of power from a 39”x3.3”x3.4” (WxHxD) enclosure. SLIMstage delivers stereo and 5.1-channel signals without the need for reflecting walls or an external subwoofer thanks to EuphonyHD virtual surround technology. The enclosure packs nine bass drivers, including three down-firing subwoofers and six mass radiators providing extension down to 45Hz. Four Linear Magnetic Drive main/satellite speakers round out the package. SLIMstage is designed to complement flatpanel TVs measuring 37in. and larger. Inputs include three digital audio (two optical and one coax), three analog (including a front-channel input for a digital music player), and headphone. A remote control is included. The bundled shelf bracket tilts to provide the best listening angle.
