ORLANDO, Florida — To complement the newly upgraded Pro Series of durable outdoor digital signage displays, SunBriteDS unveiled its new, ultra-bright 55” Marquee Series at InfoComm 2015. Developed for demanding commercial applications, the Marquee Series offers optional touchscreen capability and is available in both portrait and landscape orientations. It features a 2,500-NIT Direct Sunlight Readable panel and will be displayed at the SunBriteTV booth (#4559).

“We designed the new Marquee Series for applications like wayfinding and outdoor QSR menus where consistent brightness is absolutely essential,” said Jonathan Johnson, Director of Brand Marketing, SunBriteTV.

Like all of SunBriteDS’s durable and weatherproof digital displays, the Marquee Series is designed for permanent outdoor installation and to function in temperatures ranging from -40° to 122° Fahrenheit. Ultra-bright (2,500-NIT) full-HD 1080p LED panels, anti-glare protective glass and high-temperature Enhanced Solar Tolerance (EST) technology improve overall year-round viewability any time of day or night.

The new Marquee’s protective glass shield is twice the thickness of previous models. This increases impact resistance while improving image clarity. Profile and bezel thicknesses are slimmer, and the product is lighter than previous 55-inch models. Ambient light sensors adjust automatically to environmental lighting conditions to create the optimal viewing experience.

The Marquee Series models’ new sizes and upgrades provide commercial integrators with an even more comprehensive solution for outdoor A/V projects. Features sure to be appreciated by integrators include easy-access cable ports and a huge powered media bay that accommodates even larger media players and baluns and eliminates the need for external cords. Easy-to-remove front bezels and rear access plates and quick-change filtration cartridges streamline installation and field servicing.
