Alcorn McBride, the leading manufacturer of control, audio and video equipment for the themed entertainment industry, has named the winners of its 2014 Distributor of the Year Award and Best Marketing Support Award. Bejing-based Wincomm Technology Development Co. Ltd. accepted Distributor of the Year honors, while Electori Co. Ltd. in Tokyo received the award for Best Marketing Support.

Harkless presented the Distributor of the Year Award to Wincomm president, Tony Chen. Competition for the award included all of the company’s international distributors. Harkless commented, “This year, Wincomn invested a great deal of effort in training staff from all eight of their regional offices to better serve Alcorn McBride customers. Their aggressive marketing campaign and roadshow events raised awareness of the product line and earned several high-profile projects throughout China, Hong Kong, and Macau.”

Alcorn McBride’s Best Marketing Support Award was presented to Electori president, Takafumi (Ted) Hirakawa. Electori won the Distributor of the Year Award in 2014, and the marketing support honor recognizes the Japanese distributor for making outstanding efforts to market Alcorn McBride’s products through trade shows.
