Yamaha UC and Revolabs Streamline the Meeting Experience at UC and Cloud Day 2017

HAMAMATSU, Japan — Sept. 26, 2017 —

Yamaha UC, a department dedicated to business communications and audio expertise by Yamaha and Revolabs, today announced that it will feature its first UC solution certified for Skype for Business, the Yamaha YVC-1000MS, in stand 34 at UC and Cloud Day 2017, Oct. 9 at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, U.K. The YVC-1000MS USB speakerphone solution is engineered with Yamaha’s renowned audio technology to enhance the Skype for Business meeting user experience.

“While we have many products that are compatible with Skype for Business, the YVC-1000MS is the first of a product family planned within our portfolio specifically designed and engineered to meet Microsoft’s stringent requirements,” said Russell Harpham, director of EMEA at Revolabs. “UC and Cloud Day 2017 is the perfect opportunity for UC decision makers to see the YVC-1000MS’ capabilities and quality, allowing them to hear first-hand the system’s natural, clear audio that’s critical for successful meetings.”

The Yamaha YVC-1000MS microphone and speaker system recently passed the rigorous Skype for Business’ Certification Version 3 tests. The system provides a scalable and flexible solution engineered to support the audio requirements of large meeting rooms, rooms with special table configurations, and remote education classes or seminars within the Skype for Business application. The intuitive design provides fast, simple connection to a PC via USB and/or smartphones with Bluetooth(R). Yamaha’s adaptive echo cancellation and other unique sound processing technologies developed over the years facilitate a stress-free conversation. Yamaha’s superior sound solution brings Skype for Business to life.
