MONTREAL, CANADA — MuxLab Inc. is pleased to announce the launch of the newest addition to its HDMI family; the HDMI/LAN Extender Kit. This kit allows HDMI equipment to be connected up to 330 ft (100 m) @ 1080p Deep Color via one Cat 5e/6 unshielded twisted pair cable in a point-to-point configuration. But it doesn’t stop there! The kit supports one Ethernet connection and comes with one Transmitter and one Receiver, as well as an IR Emitter and IR Sensor for remote control applications.
Ideal for applications such as commercial and residential AV systems, classroom projector systems, digital signage, and boardroom systems, this kit is surely a versatile product with endless possibilities for use.

The HDMI/LAN Extender Kit, model number 500453, works with devices such as DVD, plasma, projectors, monitors, TV, PC, laptops, and servers supporting HDMI. The unit comes equipped with one HDMI receptacle, one RJ45S for Link, two RJ45S for LAN, and 3.5mm jacks for the IR emitter and IR sensor.
