On the Circuit: MAXHUB US Headquarters

Grand opening is a message of commitment to North America--and to AI

In an industrial park in Orange County, CA, minutes from John Wayne Airport, MAXHUB rolled out the red carpet and framed the door of its new offices in blue balloons.  Inside, on a perfect California day, the eager hospitality was obvious as the young team prepared to welcome invited integrators, press, and partners to the grand opening of the company’s new North American HQ and Experience Center–emphasis on experience center. The layout showcased MAXHUB screens and use cases, from Phone Booth to Conference Room and every conferencing form factor in between. The space also integrated signage via dvLED, LED tiles and menu options. It’s well laid out, and if you need a place to talk shop around any of these applications, MAXHUB will make you welcome in what is meant to be a shared space for success.

The topline message of the day was “investment.” MAXHUB’s parent company, Guangzhou-based CVTE  is a powerhouse in China with $3.6 billion in revenue, more than 10K patents, and more than 6700 employees (60% of them R&D engineers). It’s #1 in most of it’s many markets and the approach to global expansion looks to be ambitious and well-funded. I’m told that a small test market experiment in Europe yielded such striking results that the parent company went all in. The plan for North America includes a rollout of experience centers throughout the US–others are already open, with more on the way. These centers are sales hubs, but they are also designed for inventory and local support and to build collaboration and trust with stakeholders.

The other topline energy was positivity and an emphasis on partnerships, including those informed by AI. It was clear that MAXHUB, like others in the space, believes the path forward for unified communications runs through AI. As such, the event centered the company’s comprehensive Microsoft partnership as part of its AI Collaboration Workspace solutions. Examples illustrated how MAXHUB enhances the meeting room with its AI Video and Audio Fence through the Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) XBar series, Teams Collaboration Boards, and MAXHUB Collaboration Board Solutions.

As explained in the presentations, the Microsoft/MAXHUB partnership started from an entry-level MTR System 3 years ago and has now grown into a total solution across huddle spaces to large rooms for both MTR Windows and MTR Android environments. Microsoft’s AI strategy and MAXHUB’s  MTR Windows solution (the W70 Kit, V7 Teams Xboard) help unify the AI workplace. Similarly, for small room environments, MAXHUB’s Express Solution: the V555T+Touch Console, Commercial Display + Xbar + Display Stand were highlighted as another unique choice.

One of the key speakers of the day was Microsoft’s Amanda Stewart, who made a powerful case for the CoPilot conferencing connection, laying out a vision of how MAXHUB’s hardware extends the enterprise CoPilot investment by bringing it to every interaction in the company natively. It was an example of the kind of integrated, forward-looking conversations that the Experience Center is designed to foster.

Darren Lin, CEO of MAXHUB US Inc., commented on the new facility and its ability to further the company’s goals and objectives, “Our new Irvine office provides world-class facilities for running the day-to-day operations of our business while also providing a state-of-the-art facility for demonstration and training—furthering our ability to be viewed as a trusted enterprise collaboration provider. Not only does this strengthen MAXHUB’s presence with an expanded office and a new North America Experience Center, it also reflects our company’s strengthened collaboration with Microsoft to support Microsoft Teams Rooms deployments. Simply put, this investment underscores MAXHUB’s ability to dramatically advance corporate communications and collaboration.

MAXHUB’s new Irvine office is conveniently located just east of Jamboree Road between Alton Parkway and Barranca Parkway in the Corporate Park building at 46 Corporate Park, Suite 120, Irvine, CA 92606. For additional information, contact MAXHUB at (949) 270-5325 or visit https://maxhub.com/us
