As we go to press, Extron introduced the new Extron Control
Associate certification program recognizing individuals who have
mastered best practices for planning, design, and implementation of a
complete configurable control system. Available to anyone who has
already earned the Extron A/V Associate designation, the new
certification includes online and instructor-led training and an
Extron-proctored exam at Extron’s facilities in California, North
