Mitsubishi MDT551S
Mitsubishi has announced its narrow-bezel, 55in. monitor, the MDT551S. This latest addition is designed for videoconferencing, gaming, retail kiosks, digital signage, and other applications. Inputs including DVI-D, D-Sub 15, and HDMI as well as DisplayPort. The MDT551S features an optional Cat-5 receiver and transmitter box, and uses Mitsubishi’s networking software for remote management. The display also features two built-in 10W speakers and includes RJ-45 LAN support, so a connected monitor can be controlled from remote locations over a network. The MDT551S also offers optional single- and multi-touchscreen interactivity, recognizing up to 36 distinct actuation points, including touch, gesturing, squeezing, and pinching. Price: NA
