Video Mount Products has launched two new flatpanel articulating wall mounts. Now shipping, the FP-MWAB holds most medium-sized flatpanels from 24in. to 37in., and the FP-XMWAB holds most 32in. to 52in. flatpanels. Besides coming fully assembled and ready to use out of the box, the FP-MWAB and FP-XMWAB are both available in black powder-coat finishes, and both mounts have 45-degree rotation and up to 15-
degree tilt capabilities. And for the security conscious, both units’ mounting rails accept padlocks for added peace of mind. The FP-MWAB, with a load capacity of up to 80lbs., has a maximum flatpanel hole pattern of 450mmx400mm and a shallow depth of 5.5in. (arms fully collapsed) while being able to extend up to 16.5in. (arms fully extended). For the larger, or “Extra Medium,” midsize flatpanel up to 130lbs., the FP-XMWAB has a maximum flatpanel hole pattern of 800mmx500mm, and a shallow depth of 5.3in. (arms fully collapsed) while being able to extend up to 16.3in. (arms fully extended). It also includes level-correction capabilities. Price: $169.95 (FP-MWAB); $239.95 (FP-XMWAB)
