Acoustics First and Systems Development Group (SDG) have completed theterms of a strategic alliance. The agreement gives Acoustics First theexclusive distribution rights to the product, patent and trademarks ofSystems Development Group, Frederick, MD. Under terms of the agreement,Acoustics First will take responsibility for the SDG dealer network, andall sales functions will move to the Acoustics First offices in Richmond,VA.
