ARX releases the ZA 5.1 multi-channel power amp, an addition to the ZA series of multi-channel zone amps. Channels 1 through 5 each deliver 100 W into 4 V, while Channel 6 offers a high current output of 240 watts into 4 V and has an independent power supply. The amp’s features include a high-current sub channel and toroidal transformer-based linear power supply. Headroom enhance circuitry is based on ISC (Interactive System Control) error-correction technology. Also included are balanced jack inputs, insulated Speakon outputs, variable speed fan and LED status display of all amp functions.
