Associations Focus: Alliance Formed

Nov 1, 2005 12:00 PM

NSCA and Kayye Consulting have formed an alliance to address the challenges and concerns voiced by industry professionals. rAVe, the widely distributed AV e-newsletter produced by Kayye Consulting, publishes a monthly column written by NSCA members on business issues companies in the professional and commercial electronic systems industry face.

“We will be directly addressing problems our members come to us with on a daily basis,” says Chuck Wilson, executive director/CEO of NSCA. “We’re really excited to be able to address these issues in rAVe. Our goal is to provide rAVe readers with practical insight and solutions to the challenges they face. What we have to share is important information, and it’s equally important that our industry realizes that they don’t have to solve these problems alone.”

The new series, called “What Keeps Us Up at Night,” covers such topics as value-added service offerings, the effects of rising fuel costs, and recruiting and retaining quality employees. It also discusses a host of business and HR-related topics AV dealers and integrators face every day in the field. Publication began in September.
