CEDIA Focuses on Industry Awareness.

START YOUR MOST PROFITABLE YEAR EVER

CEDIA University is bringing Regional Education to your area in 2005, and it’s the best Regional Education program CEDIA has ever offered. As part of CEDIA University, Regional Education makes it easy for your company to get new hires up to speed, give your veterans specialized skills, earn CEDIA Professional Certification, and gain critical re-certification CEUs.

CEDIA Regional Education can give your company the knowledge, tools and inside secrets to create the world’s finest custom electronic systems — and the profits that go with them. CEDIA regional education offers top-ranked CEDIA courses, all levels of CEDIA certification, and free manufacturer product training.

GET INVOLVED IN THE CEDIA GRASSROOTS NETWORK

As the 2005 legislative sessions approach, CEDIA is continuing to build public awareness and educate legislators about the residential custom electronics integration industry and the multitude of electronic systems technicians that this industry employs.

CEDIA will continue to engage legislators so that they understand the importance of the residential custom electronics integration industry, our technologically based profession, and the jobs and growth provided by this industry.

The CEDIA Grassroots Legislative Network is the “eyes and ears” for proposed changes impacting CEDIA members. The Grassroots Network is an essential component of CEDIA’s government affairs activities. Participants in the network provide feedback on the impact of proposed legislation, which is used in correspondence with legislators and policy analysts. Members also have testified in committee hearings on how proposed legislation would impact their legislation. CEDIA’s most valuable resource is its members, and it is vital for CEDIA members to be a part of this important and exciting process.

CEDIA CO-HOSTS 2005 INTEGRATED SYSTEMS EUROPE (ISE)

CEDIA is one of three trade associations to produce the 2005 Integrated Systems Europe Exhibition and Conference, Jan. 26-28 at the RAI Centre in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

ICIA/InfoComm and NSCA will also host the exhibition, representing all industry segments: CEDIA focuses on home theater and automation; ICIA focuses on audio video integration; and NSCA focuses on the construction market of electronic systems. As in years past, the exhibition is a business to business trade show, filling the need for a dedicated professional show in the electronics industry.

Each organization will offer education, providing both breadth and depth in the knowledge that can be gained at ISE 2005. Registration is now open. For a list of courses or for more information, visit www.iseurope.org.
