The new Sherwood RD-7503 100-watt x7 AV receiver offers Bluetooth audio streaming as well as HDMI 1.3 audio repeater capability and lossless audio decoding, says the company. The 7503 can receive streaming MP3 stereo audio from any Bluetooth A2DP source device when an optional Sherwood BT-R7 receiver is plugged into the its front panel. This feature allows any Bluetooth audio-enabled product to be a potential source component, which includes iPods, portable music players, smart phones, PDAs, laptops, notebooks computers, and desktop computers.
