Soundcraft (www.soundcraft.com) has released a new DVD titled The Soundcraft DVD Guide To Mixing. Based on a 40-page instructional booklet initially produced by Soundcraft in the ’90s, the DVD provides a comprehensive walkthrough of how to properly set up and operate an analog mixing console for live sound reinforcement use. The DVD provides basic engineering advice in an interactive package with engaging visual demonstrations. The disc also features PDFs of the original Guide To Mixing booklet, a broad glossary of audio terms, and a full-range Soundcraft product catalog.
