The International Society of Certified Electronics Technicians (ISCET)accepted the Certified Electronics Associate (CEA) exam as a qualificationfor its own Journeyman Certified Electronics Technician (CET) exam. TheConsumer Electronics Manufacturers Association (CEMA) launched its nationalelectronics technician certification program, the CEA exam, last year.
