Christie purchases Electrohome

Electrohome Projection Systems announces that Christie has agreed toacquire the division from Electrohome Limited. The ongoing ElectrohomeLimited will have controlling interests in Robotel Electronique, theFakespace Group of Comapnies, Pyramid Systems and an equity position inImmersion Studios. Through the agreement, Christie agrees to retain currentElectrohome Projection Systems staff and maintain the manufacturingfacilities, engineering and administrative offices in Kitchener, Ontario,as well as sales and service locations around the world.
