Crestron introduces the next-generation Isys TPS wallmount touchpanel. Crestron’s latest Isys touchpanel delivers amazing performance in a compact size. The TPS-4L delivers the power and flexibility of a custom-designed touchpanel interface in a discreet 3.6in. flush-mount display. The new high-contrast, ultra-bright screen is easily viewable at almost any angle, even in daylight. The 320×240 resolution, 16-bit graphic provide the most vivid icons in a panel of this size. Ten engravable backlit pushbuttons offer instant access to the most frequently used functions such as channel selection and volume control.

The Isys engine produces astonishing full-color graphics with lightning-fast performance and incredible versatility. A 32-bit Motorola ColdFire Microprocessor combines with an ultra efficient operating system to support high-resolution graphics and images, dynamic text, full-motion video, animation, multimode objects (buttons, frames, gauges, and sliders), and popup/dropdown sub-pages. Crestron’s exclusive Synapse Image Rendering Algorithm enables system programmers to produce amazing graphics faster and easier. Advanced anti-aliasing delivers crisper, sharper objects and text. Enhanced 3D effects add new depth and style.

Crestron’s new TPS Series of touchpanels are fully compatible with standard Cat-5 Ethernet connectivity and Crestron’s exclusive QuickMedia (QM) transport. QM is Crestron’s innovative technology, which streamlines presentation system design and simplifies installation by transmitting virtually all audio and video signals, and standard 10/100BaseT Ethernet over a single Cat-5e or Cat-6 type cable.
