Da-Lite Screen acquires Visual Structures

Da-Lite Screen has purchased Visual Structures from Barco. VisualStructures, Los Alamitos, CA, manufactures rear-projection systems anddistributes its products under the Trooper name through systemsintegrators. Visual Structures will be maintained as a stand alone companyand will retain its identity separate from Da-Lite. Robert Grawet has beennamed president and CEO of the company. John Higgins has been named vicepresident of sales, and Ed Warner has been named vice president ofmanufacturing.
