FFV, a recognized innovator of digital video recorder (DVR) technology for broadcast, industrial video, presentation, and military applications, has appointed Scott Keating to vice president of sales and marketing. Keating will be responsible for overseeing all sales and marketing activities, business development, OEM, and channel management.
“Keating is an innovative leader with a wealth of experience in business development as well as proven expertise in strategic market planning and organizational leadership,” said Paul DeKeyser, FFV president. “His diverse background will provide FFV with a fresh approach to meeting the needs of our current customers while developing new markets for our products.”
Keating brings more than 12 years experience in OEM and new business development. Most recently, he served as group sales manager leading the Imaging Division for Panasonic North America. Prior to that, he served as an OEM sales engineer for Saft America, Inc.
“FFV has established themselves as a focused technology company with quality products, and they are now at the threshold of going to the next level,” said Keating. “I am here to help advance that vision, and help take FFV to the next step — which will be to redirect the company’s positioning to the wider market while developing the next generation of leading DVR systems.”
