Fletcher ElectroAcoustics acquires Trident-MTA

PMI Audio Group announces the Fletcher ElectroAcoustics, makers of Joemeek, has acquired the assets of Malcolm Toft Associates. Malcom Toft, founder of Trident consoles in 1972, will supervise the console division of Fletcher ElectroAcoustics. The new company, Trident Audio Developments, will be known as Trident-MTA.
