Shure Bids for Your Hearing

Shure Inc.'s Bid for Hearing online charity function raised more than $10,000 to generate awareness about the hazards of noise and the importance of hearing protection. The online auction on eBay began April 29 and included items such as a Shure U2/Beta 58 wireless microphone transmitter used by Ozzy Osbourne and Bruce Dickinson's Shure U2/Beta 87 wireless microphone transmitter. All proceeds of the auction benefitted the House Ear Institute of Los Angeles.
