The structure of the Harman Pro Group Companies that are located in the UKhas changed. Soundcraft, Spirit, BSS, C Audio Amek, DAR, and Allen andHeath will be formed into a new group with a central management team headedby Harman president Philip Hart. David Karlin, current managing director ofBSS and C Audio, will act as deputy managing director for the group.
