Hollywood Memorabilia To Be Auctioned On eBAY For House Ear Institute

Movie posters, scripts, photos, and other Hollywood collectibles signed by stars Lindsay Lohan, Kelly Clarkson, Jane Fonda, John Travolta, and more will be available on eBAY as part of the “Hollywood Auction for Hearing Health” for the House Ear Institute (HEI).

Florence Henderson is the Institute’s Hollywood Ambassador for the online charity auction running May 1-7, and she will be featured in radio spots and banner ads for the seven-day event. Spa packages, excursions, and hotel stays that represent a Hollywood lifestyle will also be featured on the Institute’s charity auction page at www.ebay.com/houseearinstitute.

Hearing loss affects an estimated 500 million people worldwide, and noise is at least partially responsible for a significant number of those cases. Roughly 30 million Americans are exposed to hazardous noise at home and at work. The “Hollywood Auction for Hearing Health” raises funds for the Institute’s Sound Partners hearing conservation program that teaches the public about the importance of protecting our hearing against the dangers of noise in our world. The auction will culminate in tandem with the House Ear Institute’s “Hearing
Health Days,” at The Grove in Los Angeles May 5-7.
