Bartha Visual Inc. has opened an office in the Cleveland area after assuming control of its nine-year partnership with Cleveland Audio Visual. Located in neighboring Lakewood, the new office is staffed by six employees. “We have many ongoing relationships in Northeast Ohio,” said Jim Bartha, president of Bartha Visual. “Our office in Cleveland [will] allow us to serve our clients and attract new business more effectively.”

Austin City Limits

Audio Visual Innovations has opened a branch office in Austin, Texas. The new office will offer sales, rentals, repairs and audiovisual system design capabilities of mission-critical facilities such as distance learning centers, boardrooms and auditoriums. David Dunlap, sales account manager, will run the new office.

CBI Moves Headquarters

Citing growth and the need for a larger, better-equipped headquarters, CBI has moved into a 30,000-square-foot building in Oriskany, New York. The company, which began more than 20 years ago, has a product line that covers professional wiring systems for musical instruments, sound reinforcement, sound installation as well as bulk wires, connectors, adapters and custom designs.

Clear-Com Opens Dallas Office

Clear-Com Intercom Systems has opened a regional sales office in Dallas, which will be run by Michael Rucker, central regional sales manager. The new office will offer sales support to dealers, distributors and consultants and will also serve the broadcast television industry. Fourteen states will be covered by the office, including Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Minnesota and the Dakotas.

AVAD Unveils Sacramento Facility

AVAD Northern California/Select Resources opened its new facility in Sacramento, California, in May. The 6,600-square-foot building will provide dealers with a showroom, training area and warehouse. AVAD’s distributor network now covers 19 nationwide locations.
