NSCA staff returned to the association’s headquarters in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, after a week at InfoComm 08 to carry on with business, despite the area’s news-making flood.

According to NSCA Executive Director Chuck Wilson, the NSCA Zone was busy throughout the show. “Members told us they love NSCA because we go out of our way to provide excellent customer service, time-saving member benefits, and useful education for industry professionals,” he said.Several staff members traveled to InfoComm immediately after NSCA’s office weathered the historic flood. Despite the challenges, the organization wanted to demonstrate its commitment to members by keeping the phones on, communicating with members, and continuing to provide services.

“Many attendees and exhibitors expressed their concern regarding the recent flooding that affected our office building and our city,” Wilson said. “We appreciate their kindness and with a temporary office space secured, all of our staff is back from Las Vegas and eager to continue helping our members build their businesses.”
