Proudfoot Starts Expansion
The Proudfoot Company — a provider of acoustical correction, noise control, and specialty concrete masonry units — broke ground for its plant expansion project in Monroe, Connecticut. The company's planned expansion of its existing facility will serve dual purposes: uniting its separated manufacturing and administrative spaces and employees under one roof as well as growing the business's manufacturing capabilities. Long-term the company will also have the space and ability to grow all facets of the business as sales increase.
