Encompass Network Services announced the following hires in its Cincinnati office, Delta Innovations: Brad Baker, Bogdan Mihailescu and Stephan Deac, technicians; Greg Horner, project manager; Tracy Hulse, Quick Action Response Team leader; Artie McCorkle, materials handler; Donna Merz, project services assistant; Scott Moses, project engineer; and Paul Wilson, account executive. Patrick Black is director of marketing at Encompass in Indianapolis. Robert Burns and Jeffery Dockery are technicians, telecommunications. The company also appointed: Chris Carlyle, engineer, telecommunications; Wesley Cook, draftsman; Rafaela Farias, account executive, telecommunications; Darin Hutson, project engineer, sound; Alan Kristoff, project manager, sound; and Jason Wright, technician. Jerry Moore, warehouse manager, and Steven Mason, technician, work in the Fort Wayne office…Telescript has two new employees: Andrew Wischmeyer, national business development/sales manager, and Christopher Stringer, new technology and development engineer…Guillermo Wabi is the market development engineer for the Intercontinental Region at JBL; he will serve customers and distributors throughout the Americas…A.F. Associates was joined by Jim Fitzpatrick, director of project development, and Robert Timpone, senior engineering consultant…Eagle Vision Inc.'s new director of marketing and sales is DeAngela Napier…Nancy McAlister is vice president of national accounts for Aiphone's Western Region. Roy Paeth is VP of national accounts for the Midwest Region. Chuck Watkins is VP of national accounts for the Eastern Region. And, John Mosebar is VP of new business development/research and planning…TOA Electronics selected Todd Bergum as its new national accounts manager…Symco welcomes back Robert Forster, now its Northeast Regional sales manager for CCTV products…A/V design firm Charles M. Salter Associates Inc. promoted both Brenda Yee and Eric Yee to senior consultant positions…Steven Thorburn was appointed to a second term as ICIA senior faculty member…DCM hired national sales manager Al Congdon…James Cowan was promoted to president of Neutrik USA.
