Plus and Lightware Merger

The two U.S. subsidiaries of Plus Corporation, Plus Corporation of America and Lightware Inc., have merged to become Plus Vision Corporation of America. The Plus and Lightware brands will both remain in place. Headquarters for the new company will be in Allendale, New Jersey, and the new Web site is at www.plus-america.com. Mr. S. Mark Hand, the president of Lightware since December 2000, will be Plus Vision Corp. of America’s VP of sales and marketing, Business Products Group. He will work out of Beaverton, Oregon, where Lightware was founded.
