ETA Systems introduces the PD420VS, a conditioned power distribution unit that has an 80-amp capacity, and each of its 20 amp circuits has spike/surge protection and EMI/RFI filtration. The sequential powering up and down feature consists of four stages - one per circuit - with four preset intervals of 1, 5, 10 or 30 seconds between settings and an optional manual setting. Sequential turn-on is designed to guard against high in-rush current. Any number of units can be linked together via two-wire, non-screw terminals or RCA cable connectors located on the rear panel. It is linkable, as master or slave, to the ETA PD11SP 20 amp, 1 RU model. Remote control turn-on is available via a low voltage terminal block located on the rear panel. A relay option is also available through internal PC board connectors.
