Qi-Series loudspeakers and specialized accessories are optimized for fixed-installation use, with finishes that can be color-matched to interior designs. The series includes five loudspeakers. The Qi1, Qi7, and Qi10 two-way loudspeakers use passive crossovers and share the same driver complement (a 1.3in. exit HF and two 10in. LF drivers), while the Qi-SUB and QiCSA-SUB are bass-reflex designs using a high-excursion 18in. driver. The Qi1, Qi7, and Qi10 achieve maximum output levels of 139-, 138-, and 137dB SPL, respectively.
Several Edirol devices offer direct support of 64-bit processing, including the UA-1000 and UA-25 USB audio interfaces, the UM880 8×8 MIDI patchbay/interface, and the UM-1 series MIDI interfaces. This support extends the amount of PC RAM available for music production to 1TB and allows users to make extensive use of samplers and numerous audio loops and tracks.

The Equitek e300 multi-pattern (cardioid, omni, figure 8) servo-condenser mic features a high-quality 1.1in. triple-pattern dual-diaphragm condenser capsule individually dampened for consistent frequency response. A dual-stage pop/EMI filter, available in stainless steel or brass, offers maximum stability, high-SPL characteristics, and pop (plosives) control. The mic also features a high-pass filter, 6dB/octave at 80Hz, and a 20dB pad.
Elite series ergonomic consoles allow users in recording studios, postproduction environments, and live sound to mix and edit 48, 72, and 96 channels. The consoles feature a physical arc that spans the console within easy reach of the operator, fitted with touch sensors to allow intuitive access to any channel.
The C3 dual-channel digital beltpack features two XLR connectors, one for input and one for loopthrough (the latter can be used as an additional analog input). Standard three-pin XLR cables connect the beltpacks to the C44 system interface, which converts four dual-channel Cat-5 matrix ports to four powered beltpack lines. Up to 16 beltpacks can be daisy-chained on each line, and one C44 can power up to 38 beltpacks. The device features an integrated audio matrix for use as a standalone unit or can be used in conjunction with matrix systems such as Riedel's Artist platform.
The PRS-CR-8300 8in. three-way ceiling speaker features a 1in. Teterone dome tweeter with neodymium magnet and swivel capability, an 8in. woofer with a single-piece aluminum cone with real rubber surround, and a poly-switch protection circuit on tweeter and midrange. An FR4 board provides 12dB crossover for the woofer and tweeter and 24dB for the midrange. Attenuation switches for woofer, midrange, and tweeter are 6dB-adjustable, with three positions. The bracket and baffle are individual parts for simple installation.
Networked Entertainment Receiver
The EZ-Stream 2.4GHz wireless multimedia extender supports 802.11b and 802.11g wireless networking standards. The networked receiver links to entertainment devices via composite video, S-Video, and digital audio input connectors to provide access to music, photos, and videos stored on a computer hard drive. The receiver features an EZ Installation Wizard for easy setup and an intuitive TV user interface.
Space and budget constraints often force home theater enthusiasts to mix and match speakers of different quality and brand. RBH's MC Theater series lets users combine MC high-performance, voice-matched components to create their own custom solutions. Three expert-selected systems are available for less than $2600 each. Users can choose MC-6CT towers, MC-6C bookshelves, and the MC-616C center channel for increased dynamic performance when space isn't an issue. The MC-4C bookshelf, MC-414C center channel, and TS-10 subwoofer are available when space is at a premium. RBH's MC series of in-wall speakers can also be mixed and matched.
New displays to the LCD TV range include the RLT1730 (17in.), RLT2000 (20in.), RLT2720 (27in.), and the RLT3220 (32in.). The displays feature 400:1 picture resolution and 500cd/m2 brightness for heightened depth and realism. They are tuned to give the best corner-to-corner image and offer fast screen response times to bring precision to moving images.
Multi-zone Audio Server
The NAS-2.6 multi-zone Net-Tune audio server can record and store up to 2,600 hours of digital audio as uncompressed or compressed data files on its 160GB hard drive. It can stream audio to up to 12 Net-Tune client devices and to conventional audio gear via four independent zone outputs for fixed/variable line-level distribution. The server can retrieve recording information such as genre, artist, album, and track names automatically. The device connects to external devices, including home PCs, via a single Cat-5 cable using a rear-panel Ethernet jack.
Video Transmission System
The VVM110 visual verification module delivers high-quality compressed color video images to any compatible video-enabled central station to help reduce false dispatches. The central stations can use these images for alarm verification, as well as to send email notification of alarm events to customers. Advanced software lets customers remotely monitor their home or business in realtime.
