The new COS-22 lavalier microphone measures 1.25in. in length and features frequency response up to 20kHz. The 2-channel, dual-omnidirectional mic is designed for applications including stereo and boundary-style miking. For live broadcasting, it provides a redundant dual-capsule design with separated electronics.

A “to bus” switch on the 5012 duo mic pre allows it to access bussing in a custom, multi-module setup or to assign a signal to a solo or cue bus embodied in other Portico modules. The mic pre provides gain control on a rotary switch, with 0dB to 66dB of gain in 6dB steps, and an associated trim control that offers ±6dB of continuously variable adjustment. A continuously variable high-pass filter at 12dB/octave covers the frequency range of 20Hz to 250Hz.
The new AEC2w card for AudiaFlex offers full-fidelity sound from signals that have been processed for acoustic echo cancellation. The 20kHz system combines a creative new algorithm with an efficient card design featuring a high-speed DSP and wideband capability to accommodate broadband systems and new teleconferencing technologies. Each card offers two channels of selectable acoustic echo cancellation without reducing the processing power of the AudiaFlex chassis.
The RF product series strips out artifacts introduced into microphones and IP phones by GSM-based devices, such as PDAs, cell phones, and cell phones with a two-way walkie-talkie capability. The product works without any degradation of audio quality, frequency response, or sensitivity and allows users to conduct business without the need to have conference participants turn off PDAs or cell phones.
The 1RU Audiocom MS-4002 master station features four channels, four amplifier power supplies, and a built-in speaker. The unit is fully programmable from the front panel. A built-in impedance generator maintains the power supply load at a constant level regardless of the actual load, ensuring a steady audio level. The station also features a voice-activated microphone, a PA output, backlit keys, incoming call indicators, a mic kill key, and an auto-sensing (dynamic/electret) headset connector.
The A-T UniPoint series includes more than 30 new hanging, gooseneck, boundary, and handheld mics. The mics offer improved RFI shielding, new interchangeable elements (cardioid, hypercardioid, omnidirectional, and UniLine condenser), superior off-axis rejection for improved gain before feedback, an 80Hz UniSteep filter for removal of unwanted low frequencies, and a two-stage foam windscreen for improved resistance to P-pops and other breath blasts.
OAP Audio Products
The OAP VS-8 series vertical-stack loudspeaker system features adjustable pattern control and full-range tonal-reproducing capability for use in houses of worship, auditoriums, and sporting venues. The system consists of the VS8-215 subwoofer and VS8-60, VS8-90, and VS8-120 three-way systems. The series uses OAP-specific 2-degree adjustable mounting brackets to interconnect to other VS-8 series cabinets.
The 20.04 controller features two inputs and four outputs for two-, three-, and four-way speaker management, channel distribution, and room EQ. Any input can be routed to any output. Each channel includes crossover, four-band parametric EQ, alignment delay, and limiting. The controller also offers up to 200 manufacturer-definable presets to fit individual Mach loudspeakers, with optimized crossover points and slopes, polarity, delay, limit settings, and EQ settings. Another 100 vacant presets are available for application-specific presets.
