The EtherNav D7600 series segments Ethernet network traffic for better bandwidth allocation, especially in LANs handling multiple devices, such as cameras and DVRs. The line features Rapid Spanning Tree Protocol (IEE 802.1w) for quick data recovery and support for SNMP and SNMP version 2C. Some models include a Gigabit electrical or optical port to allow the use of Gigabit Ethernet to meet increased bandwidth needs. The switch is mechanically and environmentally hardened for use in unconditioned environments, and can be configured with a redundant power supply for greater reliability.
Corporate, security, and government video professionals can use the new D60×12.5 1/2in. super telephoto lens for long-range surveillance and homeland security applications. The compact lens is 354mm long, with a focal length range of 12.5mm to 1,500mm. Features include iris override and day/night capability. Users can select either conventional CCTV control or RS-232C serial control.
The new DCD100522 color dome camera, part of the DCD series, features a Varifocal lens, less than 1 lux at f/2.0, automatic gain control, backlight compensation, and automatic white balance. The user can manually adjust camera position and focus. All cameras in the series feature impact-resistant polycarbonate domes.
IP/Network Video Management Software
MasterView-X software offers one easy-to-use interface for viewing, managing, and controlling several network-based video cameras. The system monitors video when nobody is available and alerts the user on an external device when an event is detected. Initially designed to work with the Elmo PTC-201 IP cameras, the software is now compatible with many popular competitive IP/network cameras and servers. It comes free with the PTC-201CIP or any other qualifying Elmo IP/network camera product.
