The Optically Enhanced TFT Display, part of GDS' new Industrial Range, is designed for use in flight and rail information displays, public information kiosks, retail exhibitions, trade shows, and conference rooms. The display features increased brightness and contrast for easier-to-read text. A GDS-patented process uses a unique material with a cross-polymer bonding capability to fill the air gap between the glass and LCD, eliminating internal light reflections and refractions for maximum visibility. Units are available in sizes ranging from 6in. to 46in.

Distribution System

HaiVision Systems www.haivision.com

The hai200 Tasman multiformat video communication system supports H.264 and Windows Media 9. The versatile system can be used for videoconferencing, webcasting, multicasting, or Internet TV applications over low- to medium-bandwidth IP networks. Unlike typical H.264 videoconferencing products, which use a narrow subset of the available H.264 components to achieve limited processing power, the hai200 Tasman takes advantage of all H.264 components to deliver video and audio at bit rates of up to 1.2Mbps.
