Reports of upcoming Apple AirPods with built-in camera technology have been circulating for the better part of year now, but Apple itself may have just tipped its hand. First spotted by Macrumors contributor Aaron Perris, a video hidden in the code of the recently-released macOS 26.7 release candidate seems to be a promo for AI-powered camera AirPods.
“With Visual Intelligence, your world becomes savable,” says a voiceover while a man wearing AirPods holds a book in front of him. “See something you like? Just ask me to save it for later.”
