DJI unveils Lito 1 and Lito X1 drones

DJI introduces new user-friendly, entry-level models

Following their reveal late last month, we now have more details about DJI’s upcoming Lito line of drones. DJI two new entry-level models are  the Lito 1 and the more advanced Lito X1. While they share many of the same specifications, the Lito X1 includes larger camera sensors and forward-facing LiDAR.

Both models are identical in weight at 249 g (0.55 lb), and both measure  183 x 251 x 79 mm (7.20 x 9.88 x 3.11 in) when unfolded. Both also feature Return-to-Home capabilities, and are able to take off without a satellite signal. DJI claims that they can operate in temperatures from 14 °F up to 104 °F and with wind speeds up to 24 mph.

A full charge can be obtained in 45 minutes using a charging hub, or about 70 minutes while keeping the battery in-drone. DJI advertises the Lito models as having a flight time of up to 23 minutes with the standard battery, with its “Plus” battery granting a flight time of up to 37 minutes.
