At this year’s InfoComm, Exertis Almo will introduce itself under a new name: Almo Pro AV. Originally Almo Professional A/V, the company was renamed Exertis Almo following an acquisition by Exertis in 2021. This refresh is not an indicator of a change in ownership, but rather a push towards clarity for the brand.
“It better reflects who we are,” Dan Smith, EVP, Almo Pro AV told Systems Contractor News. “It represents clarity, focus and service, ensuring our brand stays relevant and continues to meet the needs of our partners and the marketplace. The primary objective is customer satisfaction by providing an easy-to-understand brand experience.”
Smith explains that the decision to rebrand was made following an analysis of the pro AV market. “We took a research-driven approach by analyzing market trends and partner preferences. The rebrand streamlines our operations under Almo Corporation, leveraging the identity our partners already know and have trusted for 75 years.”
He said, “We’re also doubling down on what we do best—Pro AV. With continuous AV market share growth for over two years, and record highs in March and April 2025 according to IDC data, our new branding reinforces our service-first approach for integrators and manufacturers alike.”
Smith added, “While the logo may be new, our leadership, team, and dedication to the AV industry remain the same — as strong as ever. At InfoComm, we’re celebrating this evolution, strengthening relationships, and continuing to build the future of Pro AV together.”
