LG Display showcased its latest and upcoming products at K-Display 2025 in Seoul over the weekend, covering several developments of its OLED business. In addition to an exhibit that takes attendees through a journey from LG’s first OLED panel prototype in 2009 to its modern RGB Tandem panels, the company showcased what it is describing as “the world’s fastest OLED monitor panel.” This 27-inch panel has a native resolution of 540Hz at 1440p, but can reach a rate of 720Hz in HD resolution thanks to the company’s Dynamic Frequency and Resolution technology. LG says that the panel has a maximum brightness of 1,500 nits, and a 99.5% DCI-P3 color reproduction.
