Carve Design originally made a name for itself with the Geekey, a multitool that took the form factor of a common housekey. Its newest offering, the Geekey 2.0, takes another novel approach by acting as a housing for a J5 mini BIC lighter. Measuring 2.4 0.9 x 0.6 in, the Geekey 2.0 packs over 15 functions into its small size, including a multi-head fit screwdriver, wire bender, staple pryer, and can opener. Fairly unique in the multitools I’ve seen, the Geekey 2.0 has been machined to also function as an emergency whistle. Here’s a complete list of the Geekey 2.0’s included functions:

- Bottle opener
- Cutting blade
- Closed bolt wrench
- Emergency whistle
- Bit driver
- Lighter dock
- Wire stripper
- File
- Bike spoke key
- Multi-fit screw driver
- Scoring tip
- Lid opener
- Ruler/protractor
- Wire bender
- Staple pry
The Geekey 2.0 is currently available for preorder for $22, with shipping slated to begin in October.
