Just when you thought working from home couldn’t get more depressing,Panasonic brings us the Komoru cubicle.

For approximately $835 you can create a semi-stylish timeout corner in your living room; the moment it is only available through Japanese channel partners such as Yanko Design

Panasonic says the only tool needed for assembly is a wrench that comes with Komori, for a much quicker and less expensive setup than detached tiny offices.

The semi-private space is about one meter square, with walls on two sides made of organization-friendly pegboard about 47 inches higih.

While function is primary with Komoru, it’s also designed to blend into the living room. The panels and desk each come in several color options and can be customized to suit a room.

At the moment it is only available through Japanese channel partners such as Yanko Design
