Gaming brand Razer has announced the launch of its first ever XLR-capable microphone, the Seiren V3 Pro. Featuring onboard DSB and an included vibration-dampened adjustable stand, Razer is positioning the Seiren V3 Pro as a microphone that is suitable for both beginners and advanced users.
In addition to XLR connectivity, the Seiren is also a USB-C capable device for added convenience. The microphone itself is a 30mm cardioid capsule with a pickup range of 50Hz to 16kHz. Razer has kept the interface very minimal, with a gain adjustment knob on the bottom rear of the microphone, and a single, large mute button the mic’s housing. If the included adjustable swing arm is not used, the Seiren V3 Pro can sit on a desk using the included desk stand.
Compatibility with Razer’s Synapse software unlocks a few more options, including built-in RGB lighting (of course) and 32-bit float recording. The Razer Seiren V3 Pro is available now for a price of $249.99.
