Embed Signage has launched RoomStream, a new cloud-native solution that allows AV integrators and IT teams to create digital signage out of modern conferencing rooms. According to Embed Signage, RoomStream can be deployed remotely with no additional hardware.

Once installed, RoomStream streams the desired content to existing room system hardware. This allows partners that manage videoconferencing rooms to utilize existing hardware as a value-add service without any redesigning of the room.
