This year’s ISE show saw Samsung unveil its next generation of E-Paper and AI-powered displays, including the Samsung Color E-Paper, SmartThings Pro, and 115” 4K Smart Signage display.
“For commercial displays, it is crucial to address the market’s demand for energy efficiency and simple device management, while at the same time meeting the public’s desire for immersive experiences,” said Hoon Chung, Executive Vice President of Visual Display Business at Samsung Electronics. “Our latest innovations, including the near-zero power Samsung Color E-Paper and advanced AI capabilities brought by all the models, showcase our commitment to pioneering new markets and providing transformative business solutions worldwide.”

The Color E-Paper provides an energy-efficient solution that combines digital ink with full-color e-paper technology. Samsung claims the Color E-paper is “ultra-low power,” while having a slim enough form-factor to replace traditional analog and paper-based materials. On the B2B front, Samsung presented its SmartThings Pro platform at ISE, which the company says offers enhanced AI and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency. These enhancements include an Interactive View which can convert 2D floor plans into 3D images of business premises.
Samsung describes its new 115″ 4K Smart Signage display as building on the success of last year’s 105” QPDX-5K model. Samsung says the new model delivers greater versatility due to a 16:9 aspect ratio and multi-view functionality that supports up to four split windows.
