Pro AV distributor SoundPro has announced that it has acquired ProAudio.com. Formerly known as the Crouse-Kimzey Company, ProAudio.com has deep roots in broadcast, installation, and live sound markets over the last five decades, which have served the company as a resource in the professional AV industry.

With this acquisition, SoundPro is expanding what we can offer customers across every market we serve, nationally.”
The acquisition comes during a period of rapid growth for SoundPro, which has recently expanded its national footprint, invested in advanced operational technology and logistics capabilities. The acquisition unites two Texas-based organizations, both of which share complimentary strengths, according to SoundPro.
Effective immediately, ProAudio.com will begin integrating its operations under the Sound Productions brand.
