WATCH: “The most technologically advanced” animatronics coming to Universal’s Dark Universe

Universal has given us a sneak peek into its upcoming movie monsters, just in time for Halloween

One of the worlds at Universal’s upcoming Epic Universe park that we’ve heard the least about is its ‘Dark Universe,’ themed after the classic movie monsters of the early 20th century. This is no longer the case, as Universal has unveiled a sneak peek into one of the world’s premier attractions, The Frankenstein Experiment, just in time for Halloween. This video gives us a glimpse at some truly impressive animatronics, which the park’s Senior Creative Director Peter Carsillo calls “the most technologically advanced animated figures that have ever been built.” Judging by the lifelike appearance and movements of Frankenstein’s monster, the Wolfman, the Creature from the Black Lagoon, and Dracula, I’m inclined to believe him.
