Last week, Apple debuted the new 2024 Mac Mini, sporting the product’s first redesign in over a decade. Featuring Apple’s new M4 chip, the Mac Mini has also been upgraded with front- and rear-facing ports and support for Thunderbolt 5 (DisplayPort 2.1) USB-C connections, which the company says will allow users to connect up to three 6K monitors. The Mac Mini’s redesign also shrunk down its form-factor even more. With a height of only 2 inches and a width and depth of 5 inches, Apple’s new desktop will hardly take up any desk space. The Verge has released a new video featuring a hands-on look at the new Mac Mini, along with several other new devices from Apple. Watch the video above for The Verge’s Vjeran Pavic’s first impressions of the tiny powerhouse.
