In their latest video, iFixit visits the Huaqiangbei district of Shenzhen, China to highlight two sides of its famous market. While Huaqiangbei is the origin of many of the world’s electronics repair components, it is also home to high-quality counterfeits and knockoffs. In the video above, iFixit purchases three counterfeit Apple devices and puts them through a studio teardown.
