Having made a name for itself in the world of consumer projectors, XGIMI is stepping into the professional market with the Titan laser projector. Unveiled at this year’s IFA show, the XGIMI says the Titan is the company’s first projector designed for boardrooms and event spaces.
Measuring 17.36 x 13.58 x 6.22 inches and coming in at just over 25 lbs, the Titan features automated lens shift of ±100% vertical and ±40% horizontal to allow for flexible installation without distorting picture quality. Full specifications have yet to be revealed, but XGIMI claims the 4K dual-laser projecter’s High-Efficiency Panel chip offers 5,000 lumens of brightness with a picture size of up to 250 diagonal inches.

The Titan supports Dolby Vision, IMAX Enhanced, and HDR+, as well as offering a Filmmaker Mode that is said to optimize visuals for a more ‘cinematic’ experience. XGIMI claims the Titan boasts a 5,000,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio and covers 1000% of the DCI-P3 color gamut.
The Titan will launch at $3,999, with XGIMI positioning the Titan as offering a high value for money when compared to other laser projectors in the commercial space. Availability is currently estimated for this December, with the company currently offering pre-orders.
