YouTube to stream the entirety of this year’s Coachella festival

All six stages will be covered across the two-weekend festival

If you can’t make it all the way out to Coachella Valley this year, fear not! YouTube has confirmed that, for the first time ever, every single act at this year’s Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival (‘Coachella’) will be live streamed via the platform.

Coachella takes place each year with six stages over two 3-day weekends, and this will be the first year each stage will be streamed for the entirety of the festival. YouTube is taking every advantage of the occasion making by offering users with additional perks, such as backstage “access” for YouTube Premium subscribers, and even letting Shorts users influence the set lists of select artists by making their own shorts.

Additionally, viewers should be on the look out for limited-time merch drops during each stream, and each stream will be replayable each night until the beginning of the next day’s concerts.

Coachella begins April 14th at 7 pm EST and picks back up the following weekend, April 21st, and features artists such as Blackpink, Bjork, Bad Bunny, Gorillaz, Blondie, Frank Ocean, and tons more. The first weekend’s stream is sponsored by Fast X, Verizon and NYX Professional Makeup in the U.S., while the second weekend’s stream is sponsored by Tic Tac and Dove Shower Collection.
